Remove tap highlight; add hover/tap feedback on menus

- Drop -webkit-tap-highlight-color on name links, burger, and ellipsis menus
- Grey background on hover/active for burger and ellipsis menus
- Whole-file-row highlight when hovering or tapping the file/dirname link
